Teen Life Skills Training Group
A ten week skill building program that incorporates parent training

Cost: $150 for the six week program, which includes five one hour teen training groups and one hour and a half parent discussion seminar. All fees are due at the start of the initial session.
Time: Please contact for date and time, most classes are on weekdays after school hours; Saturday groups are also available by demand
Ages: Middle and high school; ages 11 to 17

The Program: The purpose of the groups is to provide participants with the basic building blocks to help manage anger and behavioral difficulties. At the same time, positive skills such as setting goals, leadership, and coping are fostered. A parent discussion seminar will be provided at the end of the program to advance learning, provide support, and carry over skills learned in the group to the home. Groups are limited to six to eight participants.
